“I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become.” - Carl Gustav Jung

I believe an individual will become the best version of themselves when they have a relationship that allows the freedom, space, and safety to do so. I take a client-centered approach to therapy, moving at the pace that the client desires. I am very passionate about meeting individuals where they are, not where we think they “should” be. I am committed to helping individuals learn how to cope with the challenges they may face in life. I focus on creating a safe place for an individual to feel, experience, and express themselves. I believe in the power of unconditional acceptance and the therapeutic relationship to empower an individual towards positive change.

I graduated from Campbellsville University with a Master of Social Work in December 2019. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, foster care and adoption, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, autism spectrum disorder, attachment disorders, and substance use disorders.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

I am also trained and offer DBT services.
