I earned my Master’s in Addiction Counseling from The University of the Cumberlands and graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Midway University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) and completed training in DBT and EMDR. My experience in mental health includes inpatient care for chemical dependency, DUI and IOP group therapy, comprehensive care within The Fayette County Detention Center, individual counseling, and my own life experience in recovery. Using a humanistic approach to therapy, my focus is to assist individuals gain self-awareness and meaning in life. I accept my clients as they are, without judgment of who they are, who they have been, or who they aspire to be.
