My Name is Cathy Allen. I am from Lexington, Ky where I completed by undergraduate degree in Interpersonal Communication at the University of Kentucky. After a long soul search and many different career choices later, I completed a Marriage and Family Degree at Liberty University in 2015 and a Master of Education Degree in Human Development and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College 2018. I Love working with couples and families. I also desire working with those who are in trauma and needing help navigating through life. I love candles, long country drives, crime shows and massages. My goal in life is to live simply, love abundantly and help accordingly!
